By now you know that graduation is only a beginning. The next steps toward your newfound success begin with the 3rd Method of Awakening known as Tapasya. 

Tapas is traditionally practiced in solitude with no support for years upon end. The Breath Center’s practice involving tapasya has been widely, up until this point, practiced amongst only guardians and close team members preparing to facilitate thousands. 

It has become clear as the family has grown that this ancient practice be opened and suggested as mandatory to those who have been satiated analytically and now find themselves ready to explore physical cleansing and the release of old karmic patterns and behavioral programs.

After physical preparation has been completed, gateways are restored for increased energetic flow through the Nadis. We can then move into more complex oral traditions & group work in Level IV. If you felt energy move without having properly prepared the container, there is a profound realization headed your way that is well deserved and due you for all of your focus and hard work.

Immediately following IV we transition gently back into the pragmatic. With our feet firmly planted on the ground we explore receiving support focused on the development of inner-dependence within the systems currently utilized by modern day society. 

Level V focuses on the creation of a secure and sustainable practice. This package offered to Level III and IV graduates will be available through December 2019 and also includes the option of membership to The Breath Center Think Tank which is a co-creative, interactive coaching and mentoring platform which requires commitment and guarantees lasting growth.

As of 2020 our curriculum will be prerecorded and available exclusively online. The in person group practicum will be limited to twice per year. 

Current graduates benefit in completion of the 5 modules in person prior to the implementation of the online training curriculum or be complicit in forfeiting current standing for certification and re-certify by completeing on line testing.
