This “Introduction to Breath Work Training” will include in it’s curriculum “Group Experience and Clearing” with Michael, brief history, highest and best standards, ethics and morals of pranayama facilitation and attendee “One on One” partner work.
There will be an overview of the South American, Brazilian and Peruvian perspectives on the “fine tuning and realignment” of Dis-Ease and the way in which nature, frequency, ritual, devotion and humor play into the tracking and release of ailment.
This training has been customized for “experienced practitioners” looking to add this specific modality to their repertoire and for beginners seeking “personal re-alignment” and a deeper connection to their own inner ability to affect positive transformation in their lives.

Michael Brian Baker is a renowned, certified breathwork facilitator who has facilitated over 8,000 participants annually throughout his 12 years’ experience both nationally and internationally. He is the only known practitioner who integrates Quero shamanism with Yogic Pranamaya integrated within his therapeutic approaches, and has worked extensively within the recovery community, Bhakti Yoga Lineage, & Bastyr Naturopathic University System.
Michael is a student of compassion and humility and the founding member of The Breath Center, traveling to facilitate groups and individuals in the realization of self-mastery through somatic release, breathwork, and natural plant-based detox.
