The Breath Center is separated from the majority of “Breathwork” Schools across the country due to its recognition of the Vedanta as taught by Swami Sivananda Saraswati and acknowledgement of the 10 Methods of Awakening, which includes Pranayama & Aushadi. The Breath Center is regarded as an organization which continually exceeds The International Breath Work Foundation’s requirements for breathwork facilitation certification and holds sacred multicultural practices and productive therapeutic approaches.
